By accessing or using BitePick, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app. You must be at least 13 years old to use BitePick.

2. Description of Service

BitePick is a swipe-based meal discovery app that helps you find your next meal from nearby restaurants. Our services include:

• •Filters for cuisine, meal category, price range, and distance
• •A matches list to save and revisit meals you liked
• •Restaurant details with directions

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using Google or Apple sign-in to use BitePick. By creating an account:

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• •You agree to provide accurate information
• •You may not share your account with others
• •One account per person is permitted

4. Free Service

BitePick is currently free to use. We may introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and any paid features will be clearly identified. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BitePick only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
• •Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the app
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

BitePick and its content, features, and functionality are owned by BitePick and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Restaurant and meal data is sourced from the MenuMasters database and remains the property of its respective owners.

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

• •Meal information including photos, prices, and availability is sourced from third-party data and may not reflect current restaurant offerings
• •BitePick does not guarantee the accuracy of menu data, prices, or restaurant hours. Always confirm with the restaurant directly
• •BitePick is a discovery tool, not an ordering or delivery service. We are not responsible for your dining experience
• •We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• •BitePick is not liable for any dining decisions you make based on information in the app
• •We are not liable for any inaccuracies in restaurant or meal data
• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the app. Your continued use of BitePick after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
